Refund policy

Shipping 

For all orders, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship to arrive due to the handmade nature of products. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

If you are interested in expedited shipping or would like to know if your order will be received by a certain date, please email Brandi.escarria@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

In the case of an error in shipping address, please email Brandi.escarria@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase to correct. Please note that after your order has been shipped, LoveOhLou is not liable for misaddressed, stolen, or lost packages. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of all products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are unavailable. All sales are final. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please email Brandi.escarria@gmail.com and we will work together to find the best solution.
