Returns Policy

All physical prints are made to order printed on demand and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Orders are expected to take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

You will receive a link to a downloadable zip file that has 4 High-Resolution JPG files of Hasta el Cielo at 300 DPI that can be printed at any of the following ratios 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, and 11x14. Sizing chart as follows: 

2x3 Ratio for printing:
Inches: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36
Cm: 10x15, 20x30, 30x45, 40x60, 50x75, 60x90

3x4 Ratio for printing:
Inches: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24
Cm: 15x20, 22x30, 30x40, 38x50, 45x60

4x5 Ratio for printing:
Inches: 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20
Cm: 10x12, 20x25, 28x35, 30x38, 40x50

A file for printing 11"x14"

Once downloaded, you can print out your files on your home or office printer, upload them to an online printing website (e.g. Walgreens, Nationsphotolab, Staples, FedEx, Kinko's, Walmart, Target, Costco, Shutterfly, Snapfish, MPix, Finerworks, Persnicketyprints, Framebridge), or email your files to a local print shop. For best and optimal printing results, I would recommend professional printing services.

Please note that due to different monitor/printer calibration settings, the colors depicted on the screen may be slightly different from the actual print. I recommend using regular to heavy (150-270 gsm) matte paper. For best printing results, fine art paper with texture is the best choice.
